I got a new lounge from CHILLI PIP, I can not recommend them highly enough!!! Steve was accommodating and brought my design/styling idea to life when no one else could.

Ordered the Largo Lounge and am really happy with the service and quality of the lounge. What I like about Chilli Pip lounges is the chaise is reversible (left or right) so it'll suit any room/layout. Steve was exceptional to work with. Will happily use again and recommend to family/friends.

Bought a custom lounge with chaise from Steve in 2016. Very happy with the service and attention to detail. There is an enormous variety of styles and fabrics to choose from instore. Consequently I spent a long time carefully selecting options and was impressed by Anthony's knowledge and patience. I spend a lot of time at home on my lounge so it's a very important piece of furniture and I'm extremely pleased. I was even able to select memory foam cushions (though be warned that's a costly add-on).

Only issue is that the frame squeaks on both sides but that's only when I shift heavily on the armrest so it rarely bothers me. Anthony tells me that should resolve over time.
